Sharyn Gadsby is the CEO of NSTA™ Pty Ltd, a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation
RTO 32292, registered with ASQA. Sharyn provides national leadership and operational oversight across NSTA training centres throughout Australia.
Sharyn has extensive experience across the security, training and hospitality industries, with a career connected to the family business since 1992. Her background includes a diverse range of roles across security operations, firearms instruction, hospitality management and training centre support.
As CEO, Sharyn is responsible for the overall management of NSTA, including national operations, AVETMISS reporting, compliance coordination and liaison with training centres Australia-wide. Her leadership helps support consistent training delivery, student outcomes and nationally recognised training standards across the NSTA network.
