By operating under an established RTO framework, we are able to deliver training that reflects national standards and recognised outcomes, including qualifications and Statements of Attainment where applicable.

Our History

NSTA™ commenced operations as National Security Training Academy in 1987 and gained accreditation as an Approved Training Organisation in February 1992 (A56). For more than 25 years, the organisation specialised in delivering security and aviation training.

In 2013, NSTA and SCS merged to expand the scope and diversity of course offerings. Today, NSTA™ continues to grow as a respected national training organisation while maintaining its commitment to quality training and assessment.

Leadership

Today, NSTA™ continues under the leadership of Sharyn Gadsby, CEO, with a continued focus on compliance, quality delivery, and strong student outcomes.
